نظام‌های مغزی-رفتاری و احساس تنهایی: نقش واسطه‌ای اضطراب اجتماعی

چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف تعیین نقش واسطه‌ای اضطراب اجتماعی در رابطه بین نظام‌های مغزی‌ـ رفتاری و احساس تنهایی با طرح همبستگی انجام شد. 479 دانشجوی کارشناسی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی شهر تهران (293 زن، 186 مرد) با روش نمونه‌برداری چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه احساس تنهایی ایرانی (رحیم‌زاده، 1390)، سیاهه هراس اجتماعی (کانر و دیگران، 2000) و مقیاس‌های نظام بازداری رفتاری/ فعال‌سازی رفتاری (کارور و وایت، 1994) پاسخ دادند. نتایج آزمون تحلیل مسیر نشان داد اثر مستقیم نظام‌های بازداری رفتاری و جنگ‌ـ گریز‌ـ بهت به‌صورت مثبت و اثر مستقیم نظام فعال‌سازی رفتاری به‌صورت منفی بر اضطراب اجتماعی، اثر مستقیم اضطراب اجتماعی و نظام جنگ‌ـ گریز‌ـ بهت به‌صورت مثبت و اثر مستقیم نظام فعال‌سازی رفتاری به‌صورت منفی بر احساس تنهایی معنادار است، اما اثر مستقیم نظام بازداری رفتاری بر احساس تنهایی معنادار نیست. همچنین، اثر غیرمستقیم نظام بازداری رفتاری و نظام جنگ‌ـ گریز‌ـ بهت به‌صورت مثبت و اثر غیرمستقیم نظام فعال‌سازی رفتاری به‌صورت منفی بر احساس تنهایی با واسطه اضطراب اجتماعی معنادار بود. افزون بر آن، نتایج آشکار کرد اضطراب اجتماعی در رابطه بین نظام‌های مغزی‌ـ رفتاری و احساس تنهایی نقش واسطه‌ای دارد و 21 درصد از واریانس اضطراب اجتماعی از طریق نظام‌های مغزی‌ـ رفتاری، و 27 درصد از واریانس احساس تنهایی از طریق نظام‌های مغزی‌ـ رفتاری و اضطراب اجتماعی تبیین‌پذیر است. بر اساس این یافته‌ها می‌توان نتیجه گرفت با کاهش اضطراب اجتماعی در افرادی که از حساسیت بیشتر نظام بازداری رفتاری برخوردارند، تجربه احساس تنهایی کاهش می‌یابد.
